Lake Governance in India & Karnataka

The Centre for Environmental Law, Education, Research and Advocacy (CEERA) was established in 1997 at National Law School of India University (NLSIU), Bengaluru.
In one of the pollution law training sessions conducted by CEERA, Paani.Earth had expressed the need for a document that covers all the legislation related to lake governance. The director of CEERA was kind enough to consider our request and produce the report ‘Citizen’s Right In Protection of Lakes’- June 2023
